Perhaps you all already know that some users are not able to enter the PlayStation network now. This will greatly affect the other model besides the new slim PS3. They should understand if they have identified that this predicament is being generated by a bug in the clock functionality incorporated in the system.
The errors involve:
> The time of the PS3 system may be reset to Jan 1, 2000.
> When the customer want to sign in to the PlayStation Network, the tailing message shows on the screen: An error has occurred. You have been signed out of PlayStation Network.
> When the customer want to launch a game, the next error notification shows up on the screen then the trophy data may evaporate: Failed to install trophies. Please exit your game..
> And when the user need to set the date & time of the system via the Internet, the screen gonna shows the message: The current date and time could not be obtained.
> Customers are not capable to play back clear rental video downloaded from the PlayStation Store preceding the expiration duration.
I wish they could fixed this jam within 24 hours. Meantime, if you have another model besides the new slim PS3, I directly recommend that you do not use the PS3 system, because if you use it gonna make some chaos in some functionality. Such as recording recoverable trophies, and not being able to restore some accurate data.
Like I already mentioned above, please be informed that the new slim PS3 is not affected by this predicament. They should do the best to solve this jam, then apologize for some inconvenience caused.
